Dashboard

When you first log into the Dispatcher Panel, the Dashboard is the very first icon located at the top left corner.

It provides a quick overview of essential metrics and activities happening within your fleet.

Below the dashboard, the interface displays two important dropdown filters:

Status Filter:

  • Show Online: Displays drivers who are currently online and available for assignments.
  • Show Offline: Displays drivers who are currently offline.

Availability Filter:

  • Show Busy: Shows drivers who are occupied with trips or tasks.
  • Show Free: Shows drivers who are available for new assignments.

Notifications and Profile Management

At the top right corner:

Bell Icon: Clicking this opens a dropdown where you can view all recent notifications regarding drivers, rides, and system alerts.

Profile Button: Beside the bell icon, this button allows you to:

  • Update your Profile by uploading an image, name, business name, email, phone number, and App ID.
  • Save changes immediately after updating your information.
  • Change your Password securely from the same dropdown menu.

Driver and Vehicle Statistics

In the same section, you can easily view important figures:

  • Total Drivers registered on the platform.
  • New Drivers recently added.
  • New Vehicle Requests pending approval.
  • Total Vehicle Requests managed in the system.

Additionally, you will see a map view that visually represents driver and vehicle locations for better fleet monitoring.

Yes, the dashboard includes a live map where online and offline drivers are shown using car icons. You can view their status, battery level, vehicle number, and location.

The dashboard displays:

  • Total number of drivers
  • New driver requests
  • New vehicle requests
  • Total vehicles on the platform

It also includes a map showing the real-time location of drivers.

Clicking on “Total Drivers” in the dashboard redirects you to a list where you can view, edit, or manage drivers, including their status, assigned vehicles, and activity logs.

  • Online & Free: The driver is active but not currently handling any order or ride.
  • Busy: The driver is on an ongoing booking.
    This helps dispatchers assign orders more efficiently.

Bookings flow through five tabs:

  • Pending – Not accepted yet
  • Scheduled – Set for future time slots
  • Ongoing – Currently live
  • Completed – Successfully delivered or finished
  • All – Includes canceled, failed, and active bookings

Yes. Clicking on any booking card opens full information, including:

  • User and driver details
  • Pickup/drop-off locations
  • Timeline of status changes
  • Fare breakdown, commission, and trip distance

Yes. There is an option to create a new booking directly from the dispatcher interface.

Yes. You can track any ongoing booking in real time through the booking detail page.

Absolutely. You can export booking data from the dispatcher to local storage for reports, auditing, or analysis.

This section allows you to add, edit, delete, and manage vehicle types. Each vehicle type can be associated with drivers and is also used in various modules like taxi, delivery, and logistics.

In modules like ride-sharing, the customer sees available vehicle types and can select their preference during booking.

Bulk vehicles are used in e-commerce, food, or parcel delivery modules. Drivers assigned to bulk vehicles can carry multiple items/orders simultaneously.

Yes. The vehicle list shows the driver count per vehicle type, making it easy to monitor distribution.

Click “Add Vehicle Type,” upload a relevant image, enter the vehicle name, and save. The new vehicle type will be available for assignment immediately.
