Fleet management

The Fleet Management module allows you to oversee third-party or company-owned fleets, ensuring seamless coordination between zones, teams, and financial details.

Here you can view detailed records including:

  • Fleet Name
  • Address
  • Teams Assigned
  • Zones (Geofence/Default)
  • Status (Block/Unblock)
  • Actions: Edit, Delete, or Navigate to the Fleet Panel

At the top Top-Right corner, you can see

  • Search Bar: Quickly find fleets by name or details
  • Add Button: Tap to create a new fleet

Basic Details Tab

Fill in:

  • Name, Email ID, Phone Number, Address
  • Password & Confirm Password
  • Select Zone, Commission Type, Commission %, Max Commission

Bank Details Tab

Enter:

  • Bank Name
  • Account Holder Name
  • ISBN (International Standard Book Number)
  • Account Number

FAQ's

The Fleet Management module allows dispatchers to view, add, edit, block/unblock, and manage all fleets (vehicle operator groups) registered on the platform. It centralizes control over fleet profiles, zones, commissions, and payment details.

Each fleet entry shows:

  • Fleet Name 
  • Email Address 
  • Phone Number 
  • Address 
  • Passcode 
  • Assigned Zone (e.g., Default or Country-Based) 
  • Terms 
  • Status (Active/Blocked) 
  • Action buttons (Edit/Delete)

Click on the Edit icon next to the fleet name. You can update:

  • Contact details (name, email, phone)

  • Address

  • Assigned Zone

  • Commission type (Flat or Percentage)

  • Commission value and maximum limit

  • Bank account details (Bank Name, IBAN, Account Holder Name, etc.)

Commission Type determines how revenue is shared:

  • Percentage: A percentage of earnings is deducted as commission. 
  • Flat: A fixed amount is deducted per booking/task.

You can also set a maximum commission limit to cap deductions.

Zones help categorize fleets based on operational geography (e.g., Default, United States, etc.). They can be linked to geofences to control where a fleet can accept rides or tasks.

Click the ‘Add Fleet’ button and enter:

  • Fleet Name

  • Email

  • Phone Number

  • Address

  • Passcode & Confirm Passcode

  • Assigned Zone

  • Commission Type, Value, and Max Limit

  • Bank Details

Click Add, and the fleet will be added and visible in the listing.

Yes, use the Search bar to quickly find fleets by name or email. This is helpful when managing large numbers of fleets.

Each fleet has a Block/Unblock toggle. Click it to restrict or restore access for that fleet to the platform.

Yes. Use the Delete icon next to a fleet to remove it from the system. Deleted fleets will no longer be able to operate or access the Dispatcher Panel.

Yes. Bank details (such as account number, IBAN, bank name) are required to enable payout transfers to fleets.

Once updated, the changes are instantly saved and reflected in the Fleet Listing. No approval process is needed.

No, the platform supports adding and managing an unlimited number of fleets through the Dispatcher Panel.
