Delivery

The Delivery section in the admin panel helps you view, manage, and create delivery bookings. It shows complete details of each order like the user, driver, pickup/drop addresses, payment, and delivery status.

Each booking appears in a card format. Each card contains:

  • Booking Type: Scheduled or Instant
  • Package Size and Weight
  • Booking Date and Time
  • User Name and Phone Number
  • Driver Name and Number
  • Pickup and Drop-off Addresses
  • Sender and Receiver Details
  • Payment Type: (Cash or Wallet)
  • Distance (in KM)
  • Start and End Time

Each booking card may have buttons depending on its status:

  • Accepted – Delivery is confirmed
  • Completed – Delivery is done
  • Cancel – Cancel the booking

These buttons help admins track and manage orders in real-time.

If you tap any of the cards then a flash card will open.

There you can see all the booking details like

  • User Detail: Name, Phone Number, email, Payment mode
  • Driver Detail: Name, Phone Number, email, Distance
  • Pickup Address
  • Drop-off Address
  • Total Amount

At the top right corner of the delivery section interface, you can see two functional buttons, one is for creating booking and other is for selecting the date range.

+How to Create a New Booking

On the top right corner of the Delivery screen, click on the “Create Booking” button.
A booking form will appear.

Fill in these fields:

  • Select User
  • Email ID
  • First Name & Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Pickup Address
  • Drop-off Address

After filling in all the details, click the “Create” button at the bottom.

FAQ's

The Delivery section provides a comprehensive view of all the bookings made on the platform. Admins can track booking details, monitor delivery statuses, access user and driver information, and even create new bookings manually.

By default, 10 bookings are shown per page. Admins can navigate to the next set using the page navigation buttons.

Each booking row displays:

  • Booking type (Scheduled/Instant)
  • Timestamp (Date & Time)
  • Package type & dimensions
  • Booking creation date & booking number
  • User name, number
  • Driver name, number
  • Booking status (Completed, Canceled, etc.)
  • Acceptance status (Accepted, Not Accepted)

Yes. Clicking on any booking opens a detailed card view, which includes:

  • User details (Name, Phone, Email)
  • Driver details (Name, Phone, Email)
  • Pickup and drop-off addresses
  • Fare breakdown (Total, Discount, Paid, Wallet/Cash)
  • Ratings (if provided by the user)

Yes. By clicking on “Create Booking”, the admin can:

  • Select a user from the dropdown
  • Auto-fetch user info
  • Enter pickup and drop-off addresses
  • Confirm the booking
    Note: A driver must be online for the booking to be assigned.

If no drivers are online, the booking cannot be dispatched, and a message will appear notifying the admin. The booking process will be halted until a driver is available.

Admins can select a custom date range using the calendar filter. Bookings that fall within the selected date range will be displayed accordingly.

Yes. Admins can use the search field to find a booking using parameters like booking number, user name, or other identifiers.

Yes. The booking details view clearly shows the breakdown of amounts paid via wallet and cash if a partial payment method was used.

Yes. Admins can export booking data into files (usually CSV or Excel) by clicking the Export button, making it easier to generate reports or analyze booking patterns.
