FAQ's

The Notification module allows the admin to send important messages, alerts, or promotional content directly to platform users. It can be used for broadcasting updates, informing users about offers, or sending reminders.

Notifications can be sent to:

  • All registered users on the platform at once
  • Selected users, by manually choosing them via checkboxes

  1. Go to the Notification section in the admin panel
  2. Enter the title and message of the notification
  3. Choose the “Send to All Users” option
  4. Click on “Send Notification”
All users registered on the platform will receive the notification.

Yes. Simply:

  1. Enter the title and message
  2. Use the checkboxes to select specific users from the list
  3. Click on “Send Notification”
Only the selected users will receive the message.

All previously sent notifications are listed just below the send form. You can view:

  • The title of each message
  • The message content
  • Whether it was sent to all users or selected users

Currently, once a notification is sent, it cannot be edited or deleted. However, you can send a follow-up correction if needed.

There is no limit set in the system by default, but it is advisable to send meaningful and necessary notifications to avoid user fatigue.

Notifications are typically shown inside the app. However, if email or SMS notifications are enabled in your system configuration, users may also receive them through those channels (customizable per project setup).

You must enter:

  • Notification Title
  • Notification Message
    Then either:
  • Select “Send to All”
    or
  • Select specific users via checkboxes

The notification format is fixed for consistency across the app. Only the title and message can be customized by the admin.

The system will prompt you to select recipients before sending. Either the ‘Send to All’ option must be selected or at least one user checkbox must be checked.

As of now, notifications can only be sent immediately. Scheduling features can be added in future updates if required.
